Key Responsibilities:

- University Selection: Recommend universities based on students’ academic profiles, career goals, preferences, and budget.
- Application Assistance: Support students with university applications, documentation, admission requirements, and follow-ups.
- Financial Guidance: Provide information about tuition fees, living expenses, scholarships, and financial planning.
- Visa Guidance: Assist students with student visa documentation, procedures, and requirements.
- Pre-Departure Support: Conduct orientation sessions and help students prepare for studying and living abroad.
- Student Support: Provide assistance throughout the student’s overseas education journey.
- CRM & Records: Maintain accurate student records, enquiries, applications, and follow-ups.
- Coordination: Coordinate with universities, internal teams, and international education partners to ensure a smooth admission process.
