Job Description: Guidance Plus Educational Services is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in Kochi. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive online traffic, and generate leads.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote Guidance Plus Educational Services and its offerings.
- Utilize various digital marketing channels such as social media, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to reach target audiences.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
- Manage and oversee the creation of engaging content for social media platforms, blog posts, email newsletters, and other digital channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics and social media analytics.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and content creators, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the education sector is a plus.
